Artist Statment

My work has dealt in an evolution of visual ways with the elusive and transparent natures of reality and illusion and their interchangeability. The timeless, eternal quality of nature combines with the everchanging miracle of light and water and their interacting reflections, influenced by movement and time. Forests, trees, branches, roots, can show the infinite connections and relationships of all things. Depth of perception; focus versus the interconnectedness of all things…
