Bradley Butler was born on a cold December morning  in 1983 in Upstate New York. He has been making and exhibiting his work since 2006. He received an M.F.A. from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010 and is gallery director and curator at Main Street Arts in Clifton Springs, NY.

“I see a parallel between deep thought, deep water, and deep space and this perceived parallel is a constant source of inspiration. The places represented in my paintings are the places where thoughts can visually manifest themselves underneath the weight of oceanic waves, floating in deep space.”
