Born in Spokane Washington Pj Mills studied at Cornell University under a fellowship from the Andrew D. White Foundation. His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums across the US and in public and private collections. He has an active studio at the Fountainhead Studios in Miami, Fl.
“This work concentrates on the examination of common objects and how those objects represent and or symbolize ideas, and their possible metaphoric implications. I am aware that the images presented in such simple juxtapositions may express more complex and contextually historical meanings.”
