Art File
The Painting Center will be accepting submissions to the Art File from September 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027.
The Art File is a curated online gallery hosted on The Painting Center’s website, designed to highlight the work of contemporary artists and expand their visibility within the broader art community. Artists accepted into the Art File receive a public profile on our website and are eligible to be considered for inclusion in our ongoing member and guest-curated exhibitions.
Artists selected for exhibitions will be contacted directly by The Painting Center. These exhibitions are funded in part by the gallery, with additional supplemental contributions requested from participating artists. In addition to their presence on The Painting Center’s website.

A solo exhibition in the Project Room
Upon acceptance, artists gain access to The Painting Center’s Art File Resource Folder.
An annual Art File membership fee of $100 is required upon acceptance, following review by the committee. This fee helps offset the costs of maintaining and promoting the Art File Gallery.
We look forward to reviewing submissions and welcoming new artists to the Art File.
Art File Update requests are for current Art File artists only. The Painting Center will be accepting updates to the Art File from July 1, 2026, through September 1, 2026.
