Hilary Goldblatt
Hilary Goldblatt was born in England and raised in S Africa before moving to the USA. Here she attended Art School and graduated with a BFA in sculpture and printmaking both of which have greatly influenced her artwork as have the different cultures in which she has lived.
“Since process is paramount in my work, the journey is what informs my interest. Besides the creative drive, I enjoy the physical aspect of making art:. adding and scraping away layers of paint to reveal hidden gems. The discoveries I make along the way create a climate for further exploration.”
