“These pieces evolve over time. I paint on polyester film, cut out shapes, and then re-arrange them. I have an obsession with layering multiple pieces of transparent film to create new colors and patterns. My process relies on spontaneity and collaborating with the material to get to the final composition. Working this way, gives me the chance to be responsive to the random things that happen and create compositions that tap into my natural rhythms.”
