Mary Robinson is a Professor of Printmaking at the University of South Carolina. She received a BFA in Art from the University of Colorado and an MFA in Printmaking from Indiana University. Her work has been exhibited throughout the United States as well as in Australia, Europe and Asia.

“My work is composed of cloth and paper, mostly repurposed, that I dye, print, and piece or weave together, sometimes including the printmaking matrices themselves. The visual content reflects observed cycles and patterns in nature, while the process of repurposing and recomposing materials echoes Nature's mode of regeneration and zero waste.”
