barbara kemp cowlin
Barbara Kemp Cowlin lives in Arizona. She is a recipient of the 2023 Arizona Commission on the Arts Research & Development Grant. 2021 brought her an artist-in-residency at Ox-Bow, Michigan. In 2019, Cowlin received the Gottlieb Foundation Individual Artist Grant. She has had 16 solo exhibitions, numerous 2-person & group shows throughout the USA.
