Caroline Blum is an artist who makes drawing, painting and sculptures. She grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and her artwork reflects the vibrant lights and colors that were around her in the city and in the mountains near Yosemite. She attended Occidental College and graduated from University of California Cruz with a BA in Fine Art. She then attended the Studio School, where she recently was awarded the Mercedes Matter Award for her painting Spring Blooms. She has exhibited her work at McKenzie Fine Art, Ethan Cohen KUBE, Berry Campbell Gallery and Susan Eley Fine Art where she has curated shows. Her drawing Four Dots was chosen for the cover art for musician Uwade's recent single. She lives on the West Side of Manhattan.

“Nature and its organic forms influence my artwork. I am captivated by the intricate patterns and texture found in the natural world, from the delicate petals of a flower to a gnarled bark of an ancient tree. In my creative process, I often use a combination of observation and imagination. While I draw inspiration from the world around me, I also allow my subconscious to guide the development of each artwork. I invite viewers to embark on a visual journey when familiar motifs become symbols of personal introspection and reflection.”
