Rowena Perkins
Rowena Perkins has exhibited her paintings in art galleries on Cape Cod, in New England, New York, Key West and California. Her work is in private and public collections. In 1990, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Montserrat College of Art, Beverly MA.
