Nina Temple
Nina Temple is a multidisciplinary artist working intuitively with controlled randomness. Her practice focuses on ink and paper, from intimate works to pieces up to nine feet tall, exploring material behavior, chance, and transformation. Shaped by an international upbringing, her work has been exhibited in museums, galleries, and art fairs worldwide.
Working with ink on paper, I embrace unpredictability through an intuitive process I call "moving water." Guided by controlled randomness, chemistry, and chance, my work unfolds without predetermined outcomes. Biomorphic, non-objective forms emerge through close attention to material behavior, color, and the quiet dialogue between intention and accident.
