Penny Santy, an abstract figurative painter from Syracuse, New York, earned her fine art degree from Syracuse University. Painting, to her, is both a physical and mental endeavor. Her work uses the spontaneity of drawing in the painted space and she strives to remain experimental in her approach to painting.
