Allyson Glenn is a visual artist based in Saskatoon, Canada working in painting, drawing, photo-collage, and animation. Her artwork has been exhibited throughout North America and Europe, as well as in India and China. She is a Professor in the School for the Arts, University of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Working across mediums, she looks to interrupt and de-contextualize the visual language of the original photographic reference by collaging, amalgamating and layering images. Much of her practice is an extended consideration of the influence of stories, in particular Greek mythology, on contemporary intellectual, psychic, and symbolic life.
